Comfortable room, good location, with nearby shops and restaurants. Pet friendly which is a must for me.

The bed

No staff on site. No light in the bathroom. No waterglass and no space to put toiletries. No cabinet to to hang shirts and trousers. I had stitches after the first night, (probably due to bed lices) itching terribly!

Hard to bring dog crate up to 4th floor room with no elevator and tiny stairway. Confusing check in process over the phone, didn't meet any person at all. Staff slow to respond to messages. Dusty headboard

overall it’s good, located in a very nice area so I can walk around.

good location, easy parking, pet friendly.

my room is next to main road so it’s more noisy if you really need to sleep with quiet environment, one side of bed is not even.

Comfortable room, not too far from MRT (10 minutes walk). Good neighborhood!

Our room faced a main road so it was a little loud at night when trying to sleep.

The space in room is big. The price is reasonable.

The design of bathroom is not user-friendly. There is some smell of humidity, and the sounds from Pet, maybe it’s more likely a place for backpackers and leisure purposes.
